A stolen automobile driven by an underage young man struck a roadside sign in Rochester, NY. The sign post broke off near the ground and struck a young woman. Mountain Graphix created an animated reproduction of the incident and illustrated how the sign post was designed to bend over a collar above the ground rather than break when installed properly.
